- By clicking the "Proceed to Checkout" button, you will be transferred to the Checkout page where you’ll be required to input your contact details and delivery information.
- Delivery details, shipping methods, payment methods and the order summary can be seen on this page. Customer details including the shipping address will be required to be filled up in the Checkout page to place and order.
- Review all inputted details. Once done, click “Place Order” to complete the order.
- Once the order has been placed, an invoice consisting of the order details and delivery schedule/tracking number will be sent to the inputted email address.

Shipping Policy
The shipping courier varies depending on the shipping location. NBASTORE.COM.PH’s fulfillment partner, uses a variety of couriers for deliveries such as LBC and Entrego within Metro Manila and for provincial deliveries.
NBASTORE.COM.PH can ship almost anywhere nationwide via different couriers.
Shipping rates vary depending on the number of items as well as the shipping location. Shipping costs can be seen when checking out.
The shipping time for an order depends on the shipping address and the items ordered. Generally, if the shipping location is within Metro Manila it will arrive within 4 days and for provincial orders, 7 days. Please allot up to 9 days for outer islands and remote areas.
Once your order is fulfilled, you will be receiving a notification via email with Tracking Number and Tracking Link, you may use it to track your orders status. NBASTORE.COM.PH will store a record of your transactions for a minimum of one year.

Return & Exchange Policy
- All items sold on NBASTORE.COM.PH go through quality control procedures. Every item is thoroughly inspected before, and all goods are shipped fully insured in case of loss or damage.
- Items returned to NBASTORE.COM.PH will be processed within 7-10 business days from the time the package is received by the NBA warehouse. A dated sales invoice is required to process the claim. Sales Invoice must include valid date, name or style number of product and purchase price.
- Upon completion of the inspection process, a NBASTORE.COM.PH representative will provide the results of the product claim through mobile and/or email.
Items may be exchanged within seven days of the receipt of the item with other items for sale in NBASTORE.COM.PH. The shipping fee for the original item will not be refunded and the shipping fees for the new item and the item to be exchanged will be shouldered by the buyer.
- Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Make the return/exchange request through our customer service team by emailing hello@nbastore.com.ph with the complete item details (Name, email used for the order, order number, item, photos of the item). Customer may be asked for more photos of the item.
- Customer must keep the original invoice and original packaging and tags of the item completely intact. For example, if the item is a jersey, the Nike apparel transparent plastic bag must be kept intact, as well as all the tags.
- Once approved for a return/exchange, customer service will inform the customer steps on how to return the item. Method and costs associated with the return and exchange depends on the reason for return/exchange.
Unfortunately, items bought on sale or any discount cannot be returned nor exchanged.
- Eligible for cash / credit card credit - If an item has factory defects (such as sewing defects), if the wrong item was given
- Eligible for store credit - Change of size, change of mind
- Any product returned must have been purchased from NBASTORE.COM.PH only.
- It is recommended to insure the return shipment as the customer is under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until the NBA Warehouse receives the package. In case of dispute, it is also recommended for the customer to retain proof of sending.
- A dated sales invoice must be returned with the product claim to receive inspection. Product must have the original packaging included (such as Nike transparent apparel bag, Nike shoebox) as well.
- Returns do not include shipping postage. If order is refused, the customer will be charged for all shipping, delivery and storage incurred.
- All returned merchandise must be in original condition.
- No Counterfeit Products.
- Nike+ Basketball, Nike+ Training and Adidas miCoach enabled footwear and electronics have a specific written warranty and return policy. Please review these details for proper assistance.
If the product claim is approved, a product replacement (same or comparable style) OR a Store Credit voucher for use at NBASTORE.COM.PH only at the sole discretion of NBA Store Philippines will be issued. Product replacement OR Store Credit voucher will be delivered within 7 working days from the time the customer has been contacted by a NBASTORE.COM.PH representative.
The following will NOT be accepted:
- Any footwear returns that arrive more than 2 years after the manufacturing date (found on the tag inside of the shoe) will be returned without inspection
- Products NBA Store Philippines determines in its sole discretion to be free of any material or workmanship flaws
- Products evidencing excessive wear, misuse or alteration
- Products that do not have an accompanying dated sales invoice
- Products without the original packaging (such as Nike transparent apparel bag, Nike shoebox, etc.)
- Salesman samples or Promotional products
- Product with the labels removed
- Discounted Products
- If the product is deemed to have a material or manufacturing flaw, Store Credit voucher for the suggested retail value of that product will be issued, to be used at NBASTORE.COM.PH only.
- Products that DO NOT pass NBA Store Philippines’ inspection process will either be returned to the customer with an explanation, or donated to Nike's Reuse-A-Shoe program (if ever this is an option).
- Denied product that is returned back to NBA Store Philippines under a new product claim will be recycled without compensation.
- If a Store Credit is issued, the returned items will be recycled.
- Store Credit may be redeemed through NBASTORE.COM.PH only.
- Store Credit is nontransferable and are not redeemable for cash.
- Store Credit cannot be used to purchase NBA Store Philippines Gift Cards.
- Store Credit value will equal NBASTORE.COM.PH’s suggested retail price / discounted price of the item/s returned.
- Upon Store Credit redemption, the order total will include the price of the product(s), any applicable sales tax, and shipping charges. If the order total exceeds the voucher amount, the remaining balance must be paid for by cash or credit card or any online payment gateway.
- NBA Store Philippines reserves the right to suspend or cancel any issued Store Credit vouchers that are associated with a violation of its policies.
- NBA Store Philippines reserves the right to refuse, cancel or hold for review vouchers and orders for suspected fraud, or for vouchers mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination. In addition, NBA Store Philippines reserves the right to void any Store Credit Vouchers and/or recycle products associated with previous fraudulent or abuse of the claim process.
- NBA Store Philippines is not responsible for lost or stolen product that has been denied and returned to the customer.
- Any product returned for exchange or for refund must have been purchased from the NBASTORE.COM.PH Web Store.
- Items may be exchanged within seven days from the time the product was delivered.
- Items may be exchanged with other items for sale within NBASTORE.COM.PH only.
- The shipping fee for the original item will not be refunded and the shipping fees for the new item and the item to be exchanged will be shouldered by the buyer.
- It is recommended to insure the return shipment as the customer is under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until the NBA Warehouse receives the package. In case of dispute, it is also recommended for the customer to retain proof of sending.
- A dated sales invoice must be returned with the product.
- All merchandise must be unopened and in original condition.
- All merchandise must be returned in the condition they were received and in original packaging.
- Items may also be refunded within seven days but the original shipping fee will not be refunded and the shipping fee for the returned item will be shouldered by the buyer.
- Items should be returned unused, and with all NBASTORE.COM.PH and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
- Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, hang tags, dust bags should be included with the return. Full packaging must be included with the return.
- All items returned should have a sales invoice. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
- Defective or damaged items will be replaced by NBASTORE.COM.PH without any further cost to the buyer. NBASTORE.COM.PH will evaluate each case to certify that the items in question are truly defective.
- Items that were bought on sale or any form of promotional discount cannot be returned nor exchanged.
Terms and Conditions
Titanomachy International, Inc., ("NBA Store Philippines" "we" "us") website(s) (our "Site" or "Sites") and related services are made available to you pursuant to the following Terms of Use & Service and any other rules posted on our Sites (collectively, the "TOS"). Prices shown on the Site are in PHP (₱, Philippine Peso) and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate.
All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The PHP (₱, Philippine Peso) price of a product displayed on the Site at the time the order is accepted will be honored, except in cases of patent error.
Product prices are set at the beginning of each season using existing currency exchange rates. These prices are subject to change if the applicable currency exchange rate changes before your order is accepted or the items are subject to markdowns at any time during the selling period.
Customers purchasing from NBASTORE.COM.PH will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs applicable only.
If the credit card used by the customer is not denominated in PHP or USD, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day the credit card company processes the transaction.
Once an order has been placed, the customer will receive an email acknowledging the details of the order. This email is NOT an acceptance of the order, just a confirmation that it has been received.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and NBASTORE.COM.PH will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in the Philippines where our operation center is located and the language of the contract is English.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the TOS.
We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. Payment can be made using Visa & MasterCard debit/credit cards and e-wallet options such as GCash, GrabPay, and Maya. NBASTORE.COM.PH insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. A signature for any goods delivered is required, wherein responsibility for the purchased goods is transferred to the customer. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by NBASTORE.COM.PH and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
