Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

WWW.NBASTORE.COM.PH aims to deliver within the time period indicated upon checkout. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, we cannot guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the time period specified. We shall not be held liable for any losses, costs, damages, and other charges as a result of late delivery. If you are not present upon delivery, we may release the package to any authorized recipient upon presenting the following: 

  • Valid ID of authorized recipient
  • Valid ID of Customer who placed the order
  • Signed authorization letter


If any or all of the above mentioned requirements are missing, we will not release or leave the package and we may leave a failed delivery card with contact details and/or instructions for re-delivery at a later date.

Shipping fees for orders:

  • P90 for Metro Manila for the first 3kgs, additional P35/kg for succeeding kilograms.
  • P225 for Provinces for the first 3kgs, additional P75/kg for succeeding kilograms.
  • FREE for orders of P2,000 or more for orders shipped within the Philippines.

You will be sent an email upon dispatch from our warehouse in order to inform you that your package is on its way to the shipping address you specified upon checkout.

Estimated Shipping Time:

  • Metro Manila– 3-5 Business Days
  • Provincial – 5-7 Business Days
  • Out of Town Areas – 7-15 Business Days

Return Policy

We accept returns for most items within 7 calendar days after the delivery of the items.
Purchase of sale items will be considered final. Returns of such items will not be processed.

Items should be returned in the original packaging, complete with the labels and tags still attached; otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
You will be held responsible for items until the arrival at our warehouse. Please ensure that the packaging of the items is secured to avoid damage. We strongly advice the use of dependable couriers that provide tracking services and details.

All returns are still subject to quality assessment. Items that do not pass a quality check will be transported back to the customer.
If you believe that there is a problem with the quality of the product, you may ship it back to us for store credit which you may use to purchase a replacement item of your choice.

Store credit will be 1-time redemption and of the exact same value customer spent. Validity is 60 days from issuance.
